Meet Jennifer Williams. She is the founder of Zetta Nicole Girls, a mentorship that has a significant impact on girls throughout Northwest Indiana. She knew she wanted to work with young girls but did not know how to make things happen. Jennifer remembers being taught to always look your best when you leave your house. She continues to abide by those truths as an adult. Being able to pour into another young girl has always been something she wanted to set out to accomplish. One of the biggest mentors in her life is her grandmother Marzetta W Patterson. The name Zetta pays homage to one of the greatest mentors in her life, which is her grandmother. She has taken the lessons that she has learned from her grandmother to become a strong, confident, and independent woman. Jennifer has endured many hardships, and setbacks in her life. 

She wants to be able to let the next young girl know that you can make it through anything that life throws at you, and still stand tall with your head held high. One of her favorite quotes that she lives by is: “It’s not where you start, it’s how you finish”. Through the various mentorship programs that are put into place, she plans to accomplish what she has set out to do;  being a helping hand to a young girl transitioning to an adult woman with Style, Class, Grace, and Perseverance. Jennifer plans on making sure that Zetta Nicole’ Girls Corporation will be in all states and even out the country. Jennifer has made it her mission to create a safe place for our youth girls to be themselves and teach them life skills in the process.
